Looking for May Flowers…

April is already over, spring is in full swing, allergies are completely owning me right now – BUT! – it’s warmer, the days are longer, and trees and flowers are growing and in bloom!

Are you?

I once heard this quote that said, “If you aren’t growing daily, you are dying slowly.”  That really makes me think about where my relationship with Jesus stands; how does my Christianity look in my own eyes, in God’s eyes, in the eyes of others??

Matt 7:16-23 and 12:33 both talk about the facts that we are recognized as by our fruit; by the growth in our lives that comes from knowing God personally.  Are you growing in you walk with God? Are you blossoming where God has placed you?  Are you bearing good fruit? Well, regardless of how you answer that question – The Loft is here to help you grow, and grow more!

For the next number of weeks, we will be deep in a series called: The Worship Experiment.  What it is designed to do is help you connect with God so you can grow!  We are all different, God designed YOU with your own personality and gifts – but He also designed us all to live lives of worship to Him, in relationship with Him.  So, with that design and that diversity,  we can have relationship with God in a variety of ways – so lets find out some of those ways together!

Join us in the weeks to come and try out some new things so you can find out how YOU best connect with God!  THEN, watch the growth begin!

Jeremiah 17

7 “But blessed is the man who trusts in the LORD,
whose confidence is in him.

8 He will be like a tree planted by the water
that sends out its roots by the stream.
It does not fear when heat comes;
its leaves are always green.
It has no worries in a year of drought
and never fails to bear fruit.”
